1. Is the bag real leather?

The bag is guaranteed to be 100% made of real leather which is imported to match that of the original make. We use a range of leathers depending on what is used by the authentic brand on the original bag. 2 .What does the bag come with?

The bag will come with a box, authentication cards, and when available pamphlets etc. Not all brands send pamphlets so we only send the items you can expect with the original.

3. What kind of replica quality are your items?

6. How should I choose my shoe size?

Our shoes sizes are in European size (full size). Unfortunately half sizes are not available.

7. What about the smell of the bag?

It is normal to have a smell for a new bag (including the authentic ones). It’s the original smell of the bag, and it will disappear after some time. Authentic bags also have a smell initially however when the bags are shipped to the boutiques they lose their smell as they sit on top of the counters for a long period of time. The smell is simply a combination of leather and the manufacturing process, and is not indicative of any problems. If you want to speed up the dissipation of the smell simply put the bag in an open air environment (e.g. outside in a balcony or your backyard).

8. Where do you ship? What is the cost of shipping?

We ship internationally to most countries around the world! The cost of shipping is $35 per order flat. We provide a discount when you purchase multiple bags on the shipping.Big items will increase the shipping cost,so we will charge the shipping cost correspondingly.(Remote areas need charging extra freight,and the specific freight depends on the specific conditions and goods)

9. How long does it take to ship?

Processing takes 1-3 business days, and 7-11 business days to ship out. We provide a tracking number you can use to get updated information about your parcel online.

10. Will I be charged taxes/duty fees?

99.9% of our clients do not pay taxes or duty fees however these things are controlled by your local government, and Designer Discreet cannot control the process. Every parcel is processed through customs and the time frame can range. If you are charged taxes/duties you must pay them to your government in order to receive your goods. We mark parcels as gifts/low value to avoid customs and this works 99.99% of the time. If your parcel is seized by customs it is not our liability as our duty is to fulfill the order and send it (once again seizure does not happen 99.99% of the time). You can refer to your local import laws if you are unsure of possible taxation.

11. What if my parcel is seized by customs? Will you reship my order?

We offer shipment guarantee insurance for clients who are worried about their parcel being seized. You can select this option when checking out to ensure your order is covered. If you opt for insurance then your order will be reshipped if it is lost by the parcel company or seized by customs. If you do not opt for the insurance, we will reship your order for 50% of the original value. Please note that seizures are very rare (1/1000 parcels are seized) so it is not a worry that should weigh heavily on your mind.

12. How can I order?

You simply need to add a product to your cart and checkout. If you want a color not listed simply mention it in your order notes or add us on wechat to confirm before paying for your order. If your item is not listed at all please add us on the WeChat app (id: lovedesignerdiscreet) to inquire about availability and place an order through there.

13. What is your return policy?

If you want to return a parcel, you must contact us within three days of signing for the parcel, and must not have removed the protective film (as this is the only way to prove that the bag is brand new and unused), and the return products must be received by us within 10 days (if you choose a slow courier company,which may result in parcel loss).
When we receive the return parcel,we will arrange a refund for you within 2 days. Once the refund has been completed, we will give you a proof of refund.
We will charge a 30% re-storage fee for those who wanna refund due to the personal reasons (dislike,unsuitable size…etc.) We strongly suggest you to go to your local designer store and try to wear a product in order to confirm your preference for a style before ordering it.
We promise you what you see on the site is what you get. If it is the first time that you purchase from us and worry about the quality, we will provide you with the pre-shipment photos. Over 90% of our clients own real designer bags therefore we only sell the best replica bags and our price reflects this level of quality.

15. What payment method do you accept?

16. Why can’t you accept Paypal?

21. How can I check the status of my order?

23. What is the main difference between your bags and the original bags from the official stores?
